Nail-Venturous Lacquer Swamp Princess

NVL Swamp Princess
(direct sunlight)

Holy cow guys... THIS POLISH IS AWESOME!!  This has quickly become one of my favorites.  I have been wearing this for 3 days, and I still don't feel ready to take it off.  I am so lucky that my friend Sheila from Pointless Cafe was quick enough to snag this for me at Amy's last opening.  Thanks Sheila!!

This is Nail-Venturous Lacquer Swamp Princess.  It is a gorgeous forest green jelly base, full of an assortment of different sized and colored glitters.  There are gold, copper, silver, silver holo, pink holo, red... probably more that I am forgetting to mention or haven't seen.  This polish has an awesome depth to it.  My photos all show 2 coats, and no VNL despite the jelly base.  Application was a breeze, though I do recommend closing and shaking your bottle between nails if you want more of the larger pieces on your nails.  For my first coat I didn't do that and the big pieces only came out on the first few nails.  This polish mixes very easily though, so it was not much trouble to shake a bit!

ON TO THE NAIL PORN!!

Amy's polishes are available through her Etsy shop, but she sells out almost immediately so you'd better be quick if you want to snag one!  She is currently in vacation mode and I am not sure when she is planning her next opening, but if you follow the Nail-Venturous Facebook page she posts updates there.

  2. The gigantic hex glitter is so nice! I like how there's enough smaller glitters to balance it out ad the big glitters are so pretty in this combination.
    Awesome swatches :D
